With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and over a decade of experience in operations management, she applies problem-solving and critical thinking skills to create engaging, STEM-based learning experiences. Her greatest joy comes from witnessing children’s “lightbulb” moments as they explore new concepts in creative and hands-on ways. Dedicated to fostering a love of learning, Rashanda is committed to shaping the next generation of innovators and critical thinkers.
